In this issue, we continue to introduce you to other machines for glass surface processing, the main features of FGTECH's Frosted Machine are:

1, single face frosting without film coated. There are two mode of film free can be chosen; rubber roller immersion type or water spray typ.

3, Addopts Gudetech self-designed high-quality anti-corrosion rubber rollers and covered them with anti corrosion material in large sections of frosting liquid(acid etched material) to minimize the contact surface between frosting  liquid and rubber rollers as much as possible.

5, Full line anty corrosion,long life service time. Special washing brushes are used, and anti-corrosion materialsare used to make special brush rollers.

6. Electrical control system: each machine with independent electrical cabinet, can be control separately,  The whole production line adopts fieldbus control system (FCS) with a main electrical cabinet.

7, Pay attention to details, install all components meticulously, and label clearly.

8, Emergency stop switches are installed in each section of the front, middle, and back of the entire line,allowing operators to quickly respond to emergency stops at any time to avoid accidents.

9. All water tanks are made of PP thickened anti-corrosion material and filtered in four stages.

Automatic Screen Printing Machine is used for screen printing on the glass. It connects to the exist washing machine in  the front, and connects to dryer at the end. It consists of pre-position section,  precise positioning and screen printing section, corner conveyor and turn inspection section, control system.

Digital Printer has ceramic ink and UV ink, taking UV ink printer as an example, UV printer can print all kinds of pictures, photos, L0G0 and design drawings directly on the glass surface, with powerful functions of beautifying and decorating products, a piece of instant printing, simple and fast production speed, is a DIY product for glass factories!
