Delivery time:
Delivery time: 60 workdays after contract effective, installation and free training:5 workday. Seller will arrange engineer to buyer's factory for installation. Buyer should bear all the charges for visa fee, round-trip ticket, local transport and accommodation for engineer. 
Warranty
One year warranty for non-human factor damages and lifetime support for the provision of technical services. 24hours technical support by E-mail or calling.
Sellers shall provide installation, correct and efficient technical service and training. Not under warranty if failures are caused by not using nominated spare part.
Inspection
Buyer should accomplish the inspection after installation. Any problems, please get a written objection within 5 days, or regard as acceptance. 
Damage caused by improper operation, maintenance and storage by buyer cannot make an objection. 
Breach terms
If the Buyer could not paid on due time, the Buyer should pay a penalty with 0.1% of contract value for each day delayed and delivery time will be delayed correspondingly. More than 60 days behind delivery time, it will be treated as buyer outright default.
Delivery date delay because of seller's fault, penalty rate will be 10% of contract value for each day delayed. If the seller cannot deliver goods more than 60 days behind delivery time, it will be treated as seller outright default.
Disputed resolution
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. Or submitted Shunde People's Court to litigation to resolve disputes.
Exception clauses
When the buyer and seller unable to perform due to force majeure or not completely fulfill this contract, writing notice should be reach opposite side as soon as possible, Both sides should take effective measures to minimizing losses. Provide legitimate documentary evidence could negotiated in consultation extended the time for performance or terminate this contract and free from accountability. Force majeure including, but not limited to war, typhoon, earthquake, flood, embargo, strike, etc.
Other clauses
During contract performance period, any of party can't amend or cancel the contract at random. Parties hereto may revise or supplement through negotiation matters not mentioned herein. he additional regulations shall have the same effects as this contract. The Contract is made out in two original copies, one copy to be held by each party, (faxed copy) equally effective.
