Design Plan
The pre positioning machine is used for glass production and pre positioning, while manual pre positioning is used for general scale production.
1. Transmission mode:
Using rollers and Panasonic servo transmission.
2. Positioning method:
Servo positioning, automatically adjusts according to different specifications of glass sheets, making positioning adjustment convenient and fast.
3. Control system:
All actions such as pre positioning, precision positioning, and printing of the entire machine are centrally controlled by Mitsubishi PLC in Japan
4. Transportation lifting method:
The glass sheet conveying adopts pneumatic lifting and is equipped with photoelectric sensors to control the coordination of the fully automatic process and the position of the glass sheet material feeding, facilitating precise positioning.
5. Head movement:
The machine head can move in the X \ Y \ Z three-axis direction and rotate 360 °.
6. Accurate positioning:
There are 10 positioning points for precise positioning, and the positioning pulley adopts Japanese (THK) linear guide rail, matched with precision ball screw adjustment and Panasonic servo motor center positioning.
7. Inhalation and blowing device
After the precise positioning of the glass sheet is completed, the vacuum pump sucks in air, so that the glass sheet strongly adsorbs on the platform to ensure the accuracy of the roll printing.
8. Control system
It adopts Mitsubishi PLC from Japan, centralized control through human-machine interface, and is equipped with a fault prompt system. The printing speed, pre positioning time, and conveying speed are all adjustable using servo motors, which are easy to operate, safe and reliable, and can be designed and modified according to customer requirements.
