1: Siemens PLC intelligent temperature control, touch screen interface operation, the system automatically complete the pre-set process parameters, to ensure the product qualification rate (optional remote control monitoring function, to achieve a multi-machine survival mode).
2: the furnace is equipped with 8 sets of hot air forced convection circulation system. The furnace is divided into three independent temperature monitoring areas, and the temperature of the three areas is automatically adjusted to ensure the temperature in the furnace is even.
3. Equipped with manual pressure reduction, it can effectively control the common glue flow in the production process and save the time for workers to remove the product surface stains.
